Welcome to
The Trilogy Counseling

When one area of life feels out of balance, it can affect our overall well-being.
Therapy offers a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space to feel heard, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
Together, we will restore balance by exploring what is creating stress or difficulty, reframe challenges from new perspectives, and renew by building on your strengths, developing practical coping skills, and identifying goals that move you forward.
I believe therapy should address the whole person—body, mind, and soul. Your therapy is personalized to your unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Let's find your balance, rediscover your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling.
We promise to walk alongside you every step of your journey.
We take the time to understand the whole person—your experiences, relationships, personality, strengths, challenges, and goals—to create a meaningful, three-dimensional understanding of who you are and what you need.
Life’s journey can be rocky, steep, challenging, and exhilarating. We find great joy in walking alongside our clients through it all, helping you gain insight, discover your strengths, and navigate each new chapter with greater clarity and confidence.
Because every journey teaches us something about who we are—and who we are becoming.
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and those who struggle with bisexuality concerns, providing a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples and partners.
Depression, anxiety, and fear are some of the most difficult emotions we can experience. Sometimes they arise without a clear trigger, while at other times they may be connected to life transitions, grief, loss, relationship challenges, or traumatic experiences.
You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may also be navigating questions of identity, self-acceptance, or relationships and want a safe space to better understand yourself.
Through therapy, we work together to understand what is beneath the struggle, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with your motivation, perspective, and sense of joy.
You don't have to remain stuck in what you've been through. Therapy can help you move forward with greater understanding, confidence, and hope.
Life transitions can be pivotal moments—times to pause, reflect, and discover new possibilities and meaning. Like the seasons, life is constantly changing. Major transitions can close one chapter and open another, placing us on a path we have never walked before.
Through counseling, we help you navigate these changes with greater confidence, acceptance, and balance. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, develop new skills, and gain practical tools to make intentional choices as you move into your next chapter.
Change can be challenging, but it can also be an opportunity for growth, discovery, and a new direction.
Relationships grow and change over time. Counseling can help couples and partners strengthen their emotional connection, improve communication, and deepen their understanding of one another at any stage of a relationship.
Affairs, blended families, identity changes, cultural differences, and unexpected life transitions can create challenges that may feel difficult to navigate alone or together.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive, and neutral space for both partners to openly explore concerns, understand patterns, and work toward meaningful solutions.
Together, we can build greater connection, trust, communication, and resilience—creating a relationship that feels more fulfilling and intentional.
